His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), on Monday met with Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces Gen. Jean Kahwagi, who is currently visiting the Kingdom.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed cooperation between the two countries, especially in the military fields.

At the meeting that was attended by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben, who is also the King’s military adviser, King Abdullah and Kahwagi reviewed overall regional conditions.

Earlier last month, His Majesty met with Lebanese Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties.
