His Majesty King Abdullah II Tuesday returned home following a working visit to USA where he stressed on mobilizing support to the Palestinian issue and clarifying the Arab stand supportive to Just, comprehensive and durable peace, in addition to cementing bilateral relations of cooperation between Jordan and USA in the various fields, particularly, supporting Jordan's national economy and economic reform program. <br><br> During the visit, where Her Majesty Queen Rania accompanied him, King Abdullah II was keen, on highlighting with President Bush and senior American officials the dangers facing the region due to the Israeli consistent aggression against the Palestinian people and not achieving a comprehensive settlement in the Middle East.

His Majesty King Abdullah II has underscored the U.S. vital role to establish peace in the Middle East, solve the Palestinian issue and put an end to conflict in the region through new mechanism that can be felt on the ground. "At no time, have the regional players been more aware, of the heavy price of this crisis, and more ready, for solution. And certainly, at no time, has there been such a wide international consensus, about America's leadership role, " King Abdullah said in a speech delivered Monday at Brookings Institution.

His Majesty King Abdullah II said that unless the political problem of the Palestinian cause is tackled and unless a viable Palestinians state is establishment and a formula that provides peace and security for the Israelis and Palestinians is found, violence will continue. <br><br> In an interview with the US BBS the King said `when we watched the Israeli army incursion into the West Bank, I told the Israelis that for each Palestinian they kill or injure hundred others will be born`.

His Majesty King Abdullah II stressed the need to move quickly towards a final resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the peace process needs to be pushed forward within the next few weeks. <br><br> The establishment of the Palestinian state on the Palestinian land should be within `a reasonable timeframe that we all agree on,` King Abdullah said in an interview with CNN news network Monday. `If we only keep talking about establishing a Palestinian state during the coming 10 or 15 years then we would achieve no progress at all`, King Abdullah added.
