A Royal Decree was issued on Monday appointing Ayman Safadi as an adviser to His Majesty King Abdullah, with the rank and salary of a minister, as of September 29.

Safadi has BA in English literature from Yarmouk University and a master's in journalism from Baylor University in Texas.
