A Royal Decree issued Sunday stipulated the appointment of Yousef Dalabeeh as Chief of the Royal Court, ''to enhance contacts with members of the big Jordanian family, and to be responsible for the affairs of the Hashemite Royal family.''

According to the decree Dr. Fayez Tarawneh is to be, as of March 10th, a member of the Senate, Mr. Faisal Akef El-Fayez is appointed, as of March 9th, Minister of the Royal Court, Mr. Farouq Qasrawi Advisor in the Royal Court, Mr. Imad Naguib Fakhouri General Coordinator for Planning Affairs and the King's programs, and Al-Sharif Muhammad Al-Lheimaq as Chief of His Majesty's Protocol.
