Seven new Ministry of Interior governors were sworn in on Sunday before His Majesty King Abdullah.

Tayseer Dmour was appointed as Mafraq governor, Abdul Jalil Sleimat as Balqa governor and Salim Rawahneh as Tafileh governor. Meanwhile, Salah Sharari, Thamer Majali and Ayman Mefleh were appointed as governors at the ministry and Yahya Hadid as director of the Traffic Safety Department.

Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi and Minister of Interior Nayef Qadi also attended the swearing-in ceremony.
