His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, visited on Wednesday the Royal Police Academy at the Public Security Directorate (PSD) where he looked into the most advanced technologies used to develop police performance and fight crimes.

King Abdullah was briefed in the presence of PSD Director Major General Mazen Qadi on the outcomes of security and traffic plans aiming at implementing the PSD‘s strategy.

The King also was briefed on the performance of the Criminal Investigation Department's cyber crimes division and explosives detection unit.

He expressed satisfaction over the distinguished performance of the PSD, especially in using the most up- to-date technologies in fighting crimes.
