King visits prime ministry

His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday visited the Prime Ministry and discussed with Prime Minister Samir Rifai government programmes to achieve reform.

During the meeting, King Abdullah expressed his confidence and satisfaction with the prime minister's approach to implementing the directives in the Letter of Designation and reiterated that the government needs to work in accordance with a clear vision to achieve comprehensive political, economic, administrative and social reforms.

King Abdullah voiced confidence in the government's ability to overcome challenges and achieve the best interests of citizens.

Stressing the government's commitment to work as one team to uphold the King's vision by achieving tangible results, Rifai briefed the King on the government's procedures to implement its mandate.
