His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, on Tuesday visited the northern military zone.

The King toured the zone and met with officers and soldiers serving in the area, who briefed him on their responsibilities.

King Abdullah, who inspected the soldiers' barracks and listened to their needs, commended them for their skills and discipline.

The King's tour included the towns of Amrawah, Turrah, Thneibah and Tal Shuhab.
