His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, on Wednesday visited the Darak headquarters, where he met with its Director General Major General Tawfiq Tawalbeh.

During the visit, King Abdullah was briefed on training programmes and the department's plans to develop the work of the gendarmerie.

The King expressed his confidence and pride in Darak's efforts to preserve security and stability.
