His Majesty King Abdullah will start a visit to the US early next week where he will meet with President Barack Obama to discuss efforts to achieve peace in the region as well as bilateral cooperation.

During his several-day visit, the King will take part in the Global Nuclear Security Summit that will be held in Washington April 12 and 13, which will be inaugurated by Obama with the participation of 47 countries.

King Abdullah will also hold several meetings with political and economic personalities and will take part in a session in Chicago on efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East.
