His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday held a meeting King Juan Carlos of Spain in Madrid, in which they stressed their keenness to foster bilateral ties in various fields.

During a lunch banquet in honour of King Abdullah by the Spanish king and his spouse, Queen Sofia, the two leaders discussed efforts to bring about peace and stability in the Middle East and several issues of mutual concern.
