His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a letter on Thursday to HRH Sheikh Khalifa Ben Zayed Ben Sultan Al Nhayyan congratulating him in his name and on behalf of the Jordanian people and government on the occasion of electing him as a president of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).



King Abdullah wished Sheikh Khalifa success and good luck in his mission as a leader of the UAE. The King voiced hope for further enhancing brotherly relations between Jordan and UAE.



King wished Sheikh Khalifa continued good health and happiness and the people of the UAE further progress and prosperity.
