His Majesty King Abdullah sent on Thursday a letter to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on the occasion of his 18th birthday
In the letter, King Abdullah urged Prince Hussein to follow in the steps of the Hashemite leaders and be guided by their governance vision, based on a true sense of belonging to the nation and an approach characterised by tolerance, forgiveness, respect, compassion and justice.

The King said that His Royal Highness was now fit to shoulder responsibilities and expressed hope that his letter would be a “beacon” that guides his son in the days to come and through the stages of his life.
