His Majesty discussed in London with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Foreign Secretary David Miliband efforts to achieve progress in the peace process on the basis of the two-state solution and within a comprehensive regional context.
Talks also covered means to boost ties between the two countries.
His Majesty delivered a speech at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom that focused on the challenges and circumstances prevailing in the region and exerted efforts to realise peace.
In Moscow, the King held talks with President Dmitry Medvedev in the Kremlin. He also met with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and bilateral ties between Jordan and Russia.
