His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday received cables from the leaders of Arab and Muslim countries on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

King Abdullah received similar cables from Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, Senate President Taher Masri and Lower House Speaker Saad Hayel Srour, President of the Judicial Council, the Chief Justice, the Grand Mufti, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Directors of the Intelligence, Public Security, Civil Defense and Gendarmeries the Economic and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans, in addition to several senior officials and officers and representatives of civil society institutions.
