His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday received a phone call from Middle East Quartet representative Tony Blair, with whom he discussed international efforts to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on the basis of the two-state solution.

In their conversation, King Abdullah and former UK prime minister Blair discussed the latest developments in the direct Palestinian-Israeli talks, which began in Washington earlier this month.
