His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received Executive Vice President of Oracle in Europe, Middle East and Africa Sergio Giacoletto.

During the meeting, attended by Royal Court Minister Samir Rifai, King's Advisor Akel Beltaji, Minister of Information and Communications Technology Nadia Saeed, discussions covered the possibilities of opening a regional office for Oracle in Jordan.

Participants also discussed the possibilities of employing Oracle software programs in the country's public and private sector institutions.
