His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday received a letter from the Supreme Council for Islamic Solidarity in India, in which the council commended King Abdullah's support for Arab and Islamic causes and his calls for comprehensive reform.

Jordan's Ambassador in India Mohammad Sharari Al Fayez received the letter during a meeting with a delegation from the council. During the meeting, the ambassador briefed the delegation on the Kingdom's stance on events in the Middle East.
