His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday expressed his pride in Jordanian-Kuwaiti ties and called for enhancing them in the interest of both countries.

The King made the remarks during a meeting with Kuwaiti Army Chief-of-Staff Lieutenant General Sheikh Ahmad Al Khaled Al Sabah, who conveyed a letter from Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah to the King.

Talks also focused on means to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the military and defence fields.
