His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday met with Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey and discussed issues of mutual concern.

Discussions focused on means to develop bilateral military cooperation, in addition to the latest developments in the Middle East.

The meeting was attended by the His Majesty's Office Director Imad Fakhouri, Jordan's Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mashaal Al Zaben and Gen. Dempsey’s accompanying delegation.
