King Receives Credentials of a Number of Ambassadors

His Majesty King Abdullah II received at the Raghadan Palace on Tuesday credentials of a number of ambassadors from Arab and friendly countries.

The ambassadors were Fernando Jose Ramos of Portugal, Dr. Klaus Burkardt of Germany, Tommy Arwitz of Sweden, Atta Abdul Wahab of Iraq, Ahmad Rizq Mohammad Rizq of Egypt, Barend Leendert Geldenhuys of South Africa and Dr. Eugenia Paredes De Garcia of Colombia.

The ambassadors visited the tombs of His Majesty the late King Hussein, King Abdullah I and King Talal Bin Abdullah where they laid wreaths.

King Abdullah reviewed with the ambassadors relations between Jordan and their countries as well as ways of promoting them in the various fields.

The ceremony was attended by Hashemite Royal Court Minister Sameer Rifai and Foreign Minister Marwan Muasher.
