King receives credentials of new ambassadors

His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received the credentials of Mauritanian Ambassador Mohammad Al Amin Walad Yehya.

Six other newly appointed ambassadors to Jordan also presented their credentials to the King. They are Switzerland's Andrea Reichlin, Kuwait's Sheikh Feisal Hmoud Malek Al Sabah, Uganda's Aziz Kalungi Kasujja, Uruguay's Ines Ubici De Busso, Cuba's Luis Erinel Maris Figueredo and Liberia's Konah K. Blakeet.

The newly appointed ambassadors laid wreaths on the tombs of Their Majesties the late King Hussein, the late King Abdullah I and the late King Talal.

Royal Court Chief Bassem Awadallah and Minister of Foreign Affairs Salah Bashir were present at the swearing-in ceremony.
