King Receives Credentials of Ambassadors

His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Sunday credentials of a number of ambassadors to the Royal Court.



The King received credentials of ambassador of Qatar Mane' Abdul Hadi Hajiri, ambassador of Indonesia Rabhan Abdul Wahab, ambassador of Holland Hogo Qajous Sheltma, ambassador of Canada John Holmes, ambassador of Israel Yakov Hadas, ambassador of Switzerland Paul Widmer, ambassador of Cyprus Marios Ieronymides and ambassador of Honduras Nelson Valencia Garcia.



During the meeting, the King discussed with the ambassadors a number of issues concerning the relations between Jordan and the ambassadors' countries and means of enhancing them in all field.



After presenting his credentials, Qatari Ambassador said that he had conveyed to his Majesty King Abdullah II the regards of Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifeh Al Thani, He also expressed his country's desire to develop its relations with Jordan.



"The Jordanian- Qatari relation is a distinguished and aims at serving the interests of the Jordanian and Qatari peoples under the wise leaderships of the two countries'', the Ambassador said.



The Ambassador also noted that the similarity of the Jordanian-Qatari views are born out of the mutual trust between the leaderships of the two brotherly countries within the frame of exchanged cooperation and common interests.



The Ambassador also pointed to the identical Jordanian-Qatari views towards developing the pan- Arab relations and achieving security and stability in the region within the frame of the Joint Arab Solidarity.



In addition, the Ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Jordanian government over the hospitality and the warm welcome he had received.
