His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received cables of congratulation on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan from several Arab and Muslim leaders. They included head of Egypt’s ruling military council Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi, Moroccan King Mohammed VI, UAE President Sheikh Khalifah Ben Zayed Al Nahayan, Iraqi President Jalal Talbani, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammad Ben Rashed Al Maktoum, Uzbekista? President Islam Karimov and Omani Deputy Prime Minister Fahd Ben Mahmoud Al Saeed. The King also received congratulatory cables from senior Jordanian officials and officers.
