Jordan will commemorate on Sunday, the 36th anniversary of Al Karama battle in which the Arab army achieved victory over the Israeli troops on the Jordanian lands.

On this occasion, His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Saturday cables of congratulations from Jordanian senior officials.

Cables were sent by the Prime Minister, the King's Advisor on Security Issues, Director of General Intelligence Department and Rapporteur of the National Security Council, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Director of the Public Security Department and the Director of the Civil Defense Department.

Senders of the cables expressed their sincere loyalty and faith for the wise Hashemite leadership.
