King receives cables of congratulations

His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday received cables of congratulations on the advent of Eid Al-Fitr from Arab, Muslim and friendly countries' kings, presidents and Emirs, where they expressed congratulations on this blessed occasion, wishing His Majesty the best of health and the Jordanian people further progress and prosperity.

His Majesty received cables from Custodian of the Holy Mosques King Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia, King Muhammad VI of Morocco, King Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, President Muhammad Husni Mubarak of Egypt, President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen, President Zein El-Abideen of Tunisia, President Abdul Aziz Bu Tafliqa of Algeria, President Omar Hassan El-Basheer of Sudan, President Emil Lahood of Lebanon, President Yasser Arafat of Palestine.

His Majesty received similar cables from Sultan Hassan Bulqia of Brunei, Sultan Sayyed Serajudeen King of Malaysia, President Muhammad Khatami of Iran, President Megawati Sukarno Putry of Indonesia, President Islam Kerimov of Uzbekistan, President Assyas Afourqi of Eritrea.

His Majesty received cables also from Saudi Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Kuwaiti Heir Apparent Sheik Saad Al-Abdullah El-Salem El-Sabah, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Saudi Air force Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

His Majesty received a cable of congratulations from President George Halaj of Guyana.
