His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi's invitation to attend the 22nd Arab Summit from Secretary of the People's Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation and the Libyan president's special envoy Musa Kusa.
Kusa conveyed to His Majesty the Libyan leader's regards and pride in the brotherly relations between the two countries and peoples.
King Abdullah voiced Jordan's keenness on the success of the summit, slated to be held in Libya on 27 March. He also stressed the need for the meeting to result in resolutions that meet the Arabs' aspirations and serve their just causes.
His Majesty also commended the level of ties between Jordan and Libya and said the Kingdom was keen to further boost them in various fields.
