King, Queen participate in Sun Valley Conference

Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania on Friday participated in a conference of technology and media leaders in the US city of Sun Valley, Idaho.

At the annual Sun Valley Conference, King Abdullah met with a number of US and international CEOs and representatives of major companies to discuss investment and commercial cooperation with Jordan.

The King briefed them on Jordan's development plans and the mega-projects it seeks to implement in vital sectors to support sustainable development and highlighted the associated investment opportunities.

Also during the forum, King Abdullah and Queen Rania met with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife Ho Ching.

The King and Lee discussed means to boost bilateral ties in various fields, in addition to regional and international issues of mutual concern.

The meetings were attended by Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi.
