Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania held on Tuesday an iftar banquet for orphans from institutions and societies affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development at Basman Palace.

At the iftar, also attended by beneficiaries from Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, the King and the attendees performed maghreb (sunset) prayers.

Also Tuesday, similar iftar banquets were held under the King’s directives for orphans in the governorates of Irbid, Jerash, Madaba, Balqaa, Zarqa and Maan, as well as in the capital.
