Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania arrived in London on Sunday on a several-day visit.

During his stay, King Abdullah will hold talks with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown on the latest developments in the Middle East and efforts to bring about peace on the basis of the two-state solution and within a comprehensive regional context.

King Abdullah will also deliver a speech at the Royal College of Defence Studies on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and means to establish an independent Palestinian state.

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal has been sworn in as regent.
