His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday joined worshippers in performing Eid prayers in Qasr Al Hashemiyah Mosque in Amman on Tuesday. The King listened to a sermon delivered by Chief Islamic Justice Ahmad Hilayel, in which he highlighted the significance of the holy month of Ramadan and the importance of Eid in embracing the concepts of solidarity and unity. The King was accompanied by several members of the Royal Family, Prime Minister Marouf Bakhit, Royal Court Chief Khalid Karaki, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. General Mashal Al Zaben along with a number of high-ranking officers and officials.
