King Orders Building a Hospital in Aqaba

His Majesty King Abdullah II on Wednesday ordered hospital in the Red Sea resort of Aqaba to meet the increasing needs of medical and health services in the area.



The JD20 m. hospital will be set up on 150 dunums and accommodate
200 beds and will be run by Royal Medical Services.


During a meeting at the Royal Court, attended by Royal Court
Minister, Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Deputy Chairman of
Aqaba Special Economic Zone Commission Council, King Abdullah looked
into sketches of the hospital, which is part of the comprehensive
social and economic development plans in Aqaba area.
