His Majesty King Abdullah on Friday held talks with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on ways of enhancing bilateral ties in all domains.
During the meeting King Abdullah said India is a model for developing countries and that Jordan can benefit from its experience in many areas of concern for Jordan.
The two leaders underlined the importance of achieving peace in the region, especially between Palestinians and Israelis, and agreed that the Palestinian issue is the core issue in the region. They also discussed the situation in Iraq. King Abdullah explained Jordan's concern to support Iraq's unity and stability.
The two leaders attended the signing of four agreements between Jordan and India to increase cooperation in investment, tourism, culture and agriculture.
