His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday met with Greek House Speaker Anna Psarouda-Benaki and discussed with her parliamentary and other forms of cooperation.

The King said his visit last month to Athens opened new horizons of cooperation between the two countries.

Psarouda-Benaki, who commended Jordan's peace efforts in the region, said the Kingdom could benefit from Greece's youth parliament experiment, highlighting the role that can be played by the Jordanian-Greek parliamentary friendship committee.

King Abdullah and Psarouda-Benaki also discussed ways to enhance Arab-EU ties.
