King Meets with the Foreign Ministers of Austria and Slovenia

His Majesty King Abdullah II affirmed Jordan's readiness to provide all facilities to ensure the delivery of international aid to the Iraqi people especially the children.

During a meeting with the foreign ministers of Austria and Slovenia, the King expressed his full support to the initiative of member countries of the human security committee that seeks to help the Iraqi children.

The committee which comprises of 14 countries, aims at dealing with the human security aspect for those who have been affected by wars.

Discussions during the meeting also covered work mechanism through which joint services by the three countries could be provided to treat the Iraqi children.

Officials from Austria and Slovenia will coordinate with Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah who has shown a great interest in helping Iraqi children and bringing the injured to Jordan for treatment.

The King instructed officials at the Foreign Ministry and the Crises Management Center to provide all facilities to enable members of the committee to provide their services to the Iraqi children.

Technical cadres from Jordan, Austria and Slovenia will coordinate a working mechanism on providing joint services in coordination with the the office of Her Majesty Queen Rania, the Foreign Ministry and the Crises Management Center.
