His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday discussed with the ambassadors of the European Union countries in the Kingdom means to strengthen Jordanian-European ties and Middle East peace efforts.

King Abdullah also highlighted Jordan's efforts to push its national reform process forward.

The King thanked the EU ambassadors for their countries' support to guarantee an advanced status for the Kingdom in its partnership with the EU, which, he said, will allow greater cooperation. He also stressed the EU's role in overcoming the obstacles that have led to a deadlock in the Palestinian-Israeli peace process.
