His Majesty King Abdullah on Friday met with Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko.

During the meeting, which was held over a lunch banquet in honour of King Abdullah, the two sides stressed the strong relations between the two countries and their commitment to strengthening them in the various fields.

Their Royal Highnesses Prince Ali bin Al Hussein and Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, the King’s personal envoy and adviser for religious and cultural affairs, attended the meeting.
