His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday met with Jin-Yong Cai, chief executive and executive vice president of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and commended the corporation's partnership with several Jordanian companies to help the country implement its development goals.

During the meeting, King Abdullah praised the role of the corporation and its partnerships with a number of Jordanian firms to help accomplish developmental goals and increase economic growth in the kingdom.

The meeting was attended by Royal Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh, Director of His Majesty's Office Imad Fakhoury and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Jaafar Hassan.

The IFC is an international financial institution which offers investment, advisory, and asset management services to encourage private sector development in developing countries.
