His Majesty King Abdullah meets with His Beatitude Cardinal Mar Nasrallah Sfeir, patriarch of Antioch and All the East, on Monday.

During the meeting, King Abdullah stressed the importance of developing Jordanian-Lebanese ties in various fields, highlighting the significance of supporting dialogue among followers of different religions.

Sfeir voiced appreciation for the King's support in achieving and sustaining dialogue and boosting common factors between Muslims and Christians. He stressed that Jordan sets an example of coexistence and tolerance among members of the two religions.

Meeting was attended by Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi, the King's Advisor Ayman Safadi and Lebanese Ambassador to Amman Charbel Aoun.
