His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday received Canadian Minister of National Defence Peter MacKay, who is visiting Jordan as part of a regional tour.

During the meeting, King Abdullah underlined the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The meeting was attended by Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. General Mashal Al Zaben, Canadian Ambassador in Amman Mark Gwozdecky and the accompanying delegation.
