His Majesty King Abdullah donated 23 projector screens to be set up across the country for those who cannot afford pay-TV networks to watch the World Cup.

The Higher Youth Council and the Jordanian Football Federation will choose where to set up the screens, a Royal Court official said.

In addition, the King donated around 300 satellite reception sets to the country's Armed Forces in order to enjoy the games which will kick off in Germany on June 9.

Arab Radio and Television network owns exclusive rights to broadcast the World Cup in the Middle East.
