King, India PM discuss cooperation to counter COVID-19

His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Thursday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, discussed coordinating bilateral and international efforts to counter coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

 

The phone call covered the importance of countering the humanitarian and economic impact of COVID-19, and stepping up efforts to safeguard public health and wellbeing.

 

King Abdullah stressed the deep-rooted ties between Jordan and India, and keenness to advance cooperation across all sectors.
