His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday inaugurated Al Urdun Street, a 20km road constructed by the Greater Amman Municipality in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing at a cost of JD50 million to link the capital with the northern governorates.



During the opening ceremony, His Majesty the King was briefed on the project's phases as well as on its developmental, environmental, and economic objectives.



Royal Court Minister Samir Rifai, Minister of Public Works and Housing Raed Abul Saud, Amman Mayor Nidal Hadid and other officials attended the ceremony at the Yajouz intersection.
