His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a cable to United Arab Emirates Vice President and Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum over the passing of his brother, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
