His Majesty King Abdullah expressed his deep concern over the devastation in the Gaza Strip, following deadly internecine conflict and Israeli military action. During a telephone conversation with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, King Abdullah called for unity between Palestinian factions urged them to exercise restraint. The King Abdullah warned that Israeli military action would worsen the life of the innocent Palestinian citizens in Gaza.
