King discusses ties with South Korean foreign minister

His Majesty King Abdullah held talks with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se on Sunday, reviewing ways to boost Jordanian-Korean relations, especially in the fields of economy, investment, commerce and tourism.
Discussions also addressed the latest developments in the Middle East and issues of joint concern, especially Middle East peace efforts on the basis of the two-state solution.
Talks covered latest developments pertaining to crisis in Syria and conditions in Iraq, as international and regional efforts are under way to confront the danger of terrorism, which threatens world peace and security.
The foreign minister expressed his country’s appreciation of Jordan’s role in fostering regional stability and security and handling challenges.
He said his country appreciates the Kingdom’s assistance to Syrian refugees despite its limited resources, stressing South Korea’s support for Jordan in this area.
