His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday left Amman for a working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) during which he will hold talks with UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Talks will focus on means of forging closer cooperation between the two brotherly countries, the situation in the region, mainly the Syrian crisis as well as issues of common interest.

His Royal Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein was sworn in as regent in the presence of Cabinet members.
