His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday departed for London on a visit during which he is scheduled to deliver a lecture at the Royal College of Defence Studies.

In the lecture, King Abdullah will address various regional and international issues, especially developments in the Middle East and regional peace efforts.

His Royal Highness Prince Feisal was sworn in as Regent during the King's absence.
