King, Czech president discuss bilateral ties

His Majesty King Abdullah and Czech President Vaclav Klaus on Wednesday discussed ways to develop bilateral ties, particularly in the economic and trade fields.



The King stressed the importance of encouraging Czech businesspeople to benefit form investment opportunities in Jordan.



During the meeting, the two leaders discussed regional developments and stressed the importance of supporting all efforts to achieve security and stability in the Middle East.



Prime Minister Faisal Fayez, Royal Court Minister Samir Rifai, the King's Adviser Akel Biltaji, Foreign Minister Hani Mulki, Minister of Industry and Trade Ahmad Hindawi and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff General Khalid Sarayreh attended the meeting.
