His Majesty King Abdullah received on Monday cables from number of Arab leaders on the occasion of Prophet Mohamad's birthday in which they wished King Abdullah continued good health and the Jordanian people further progress and prosperity.

The King received similar cables from the Prime Minister, Senate president, Lower House speaker, Judicial Council president, Constitutional Court president, the Chief Justice, the grand mufti of Jordan, the army chief and directors of the departments of general intelligence, public security, civil defence, the gendarmerie and the Economic and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein also received similar cables on this occasion from senior civil and military officials.
